Usage is straightforward: align the finder until the target is covered by the shadow from the front side. Align the white dot to the center of the target and Bob's your uncle.<br />

Reminder: never point your telescope at the sun without a sun filter over it. You can permenantly blind yourself if you don't use a proper sun filter. Also, the heat from sun's light can damage your telescope without a sun filter filter. Don't forget to remove or cover any other finder scopes.<br />
