[Bloominglabs-announce] Soldering workshop with Mitch Altman August 19th

Come learn how to solder at The Collaboration Room and Bloominglabs on  
August 19th from 6:30 to 9pm! Mitch Altman, creator of the TV-B-Gone  
and founder of the hackerspace NoiseBridge, will be leading this  
workshop along with members of Bloominglabs. Attendance is free,  
however workshop participants will be able to purchase a variety of  
electronics kits directly from Mitch. No prior experience is  
necessary! Tools and hardware will be provided, however if you happen  
to have a soldering iron please bring it with you! All ages are  
welcome; children age 15 and younger should be accompanied by an adult.

Here is a list of the soldering kits Mitch will have with him:

* TV-B-Gone (turn off TVs in public places!)
* Brain Machine (Meditate, Hallucinate, and Trip Out!)
* LEDcube (cool cube of blinky lights!)
* Mignonette Game (play fun games!)
* Trippy RGB Waves (interactive colored blinky lights!)
* MiniPOV (more cool blinky lights!)
* MintyBoost (charge your USB enabled gadgets!)
