We will have soldering irons for people to continue working on their soldering kits and we have a new snap circuit set for the kids! Come work on your projects or just see what we're all about. It's informal so come and go as you please. Hope to see you there! If any/all of them have some value to you, let me know. 2) I have three Chumby's courtesy Bloomingfoods courtesy Big Treetop. Their original purpose was to be a customer service kiosk for local businesses, but Christian Briggs' idea was ahead of it's time. These could be very fun to play with. Again, if you have interest, let me know. I'll probably stick everything somewhere otherwise, until I've got more bandwidth to play with them. Basically it's a sort of online community/social network for hackerspaces. They share info about cool and fun stuff, but also the less fun but necessary stuff, so it'd be good to get in touch w/ some of these people. He also mentions BarCamp Milwaukee, which is this weekend so not a lot of advance notice, but also there's apparently a hackerspace documentary in the works that would be interesting to find more about. I've sent you an invite to Yammer. Over the next few weeks we'll be launching a more permanent home online using Status.net and OpenAtrium to help us organize this community together, but for now feel free to start sharing your experience and learning! I'd love to come visit Bloominglabs--incidentally, BarcampMilwaukee is this coming weekend (http://barcampmilwaukee.com) if you're interested in bringing up a group to see our space and meet our geek community. They'll be out in force as our Barcamp typically has between 150-250 attendees. Will Jordan Bunker's hackerspace documentary team be stopping by your place?
