Jenett has located a space on the west side of town to address this. At this weeks meeting we will be checking out this new location. All members should be there or forever hold your peace. If you have not yet seen it and can't make it to Wednesday's meeting let me know. Anyone that wants to catch a ride can meet up at the Collaboration Room at 6:30pm then we will head over to the new location and be there at 7pm. The realtor will have the place opened up for us so we can see the entire space. If you need a ride please contact someone asap so we can be sure we don't miss you. This is intended for members and friends of Bloominglabs. If you have not attended any of our meetings but are interested in seeing the new space please drop me a line first. We have lots of things going on especially about the 4th of July parade plans. I'm going to be bringing the parts to make our own twinkie launcher, and hopefully we'll have our first *safe* launch of a twinkie tonight. Work is continuing on the rideable beetlebot but we are still looking for a 24V charger. If anyone has one and can bring it, that would be awesome. There's also the strandbeest walker and work continues on some sort of music to accompany us. I'm going to be making a Lowe's run tonight before the meeting. If you want to come along, meet at 5:45 at the space. Drop me a note as well so I know to be looking out for you. See you tonight! I just wanted to say thank you to those that helped setup and run the Hackerspace Village at Indiana Linux Fest. It made a great addition to the event and we had several people praise it specifically. I had a few chances to look in the room and you had several interesting things on display and great activities for attendees. There were even a few people in there on Sunday. The two that I know of ended up using the room to discuss Samba and LDAP. I hope you have a chance to do this again next year. Also, I have one of the snap-on circuits that was left on the table if anyone needs that back.
