those of you with handheld radios or scanners, if they are talking (ARISS)
the freq is 145.800, or you can listen in on the APRS packet traffic on
145.825  (if you have an APRS radio set your path to ARISS and bounce a
packet off of it, uplink is the same as it is simplex for APRS..  geeky
fun!)
