[Bloominglabs-announce] Public meeting tonight at 7pm

A reminder of the public meeting tonight at 7pm at Bloominglabs. If you are
a member, don't forget that your dues are due by Sunday, so bring them
tonight if you want to be ahead of the game. I won't have time to get a
treasurer report done, but I'll get something up on the wiki as soon as I
can.
