[Bloominglabs-announce] Chatbot framework from the folks at github

Hi all,

Some of us have experimented w/ chatbots in the context of a rather loose
project to automate the space. This has been done w/ a couple different
approaches, but today I discovered a framework github came up with that
uses Node.js (hubot), in case anybody wants to play with that:

Mostly we use the IRC server for bot things today but no reason we can't
open it up to other channels.
