We'll have sewing machines, scrap fabric, and some patterns. Bring your costume materials and we'll help you put them together. Also, if you want to add some electronics to your costume, come on October 27th to the Monroe County Public Library Hack Night where we can help you electrify your costume. See you there! Message-ID: Hi, My coworker asked for me to inquire. She helps run a market on December 3 for elementary student to buy presents for the holidays. She wants to refocus it to local and hand made items. If you have anything you would sale that is <$8 and would be a good present type thing, let her know. She will buy it from you then mark it up like 50cents to a dollar and resale. Message-ID: On Tuesday, October 27th, Bloominglabs will be holding our monthly Hack Night at the library. This Tuesday, we will be soldering small neopixel projects with people. This will basically be soldering a 2XAA battery pack, a socket, and a neopixel, and we will be using an ATTiny85 to drive it. We found a way to program the ATTiny85 using an Arduino, so people can either use a default program which we will have pre-programmed, or they can write a new program if they like. We will have a bunch of soldering stations for people to use, but we could use some help with manning those stations. Basically you will help people solder the kits together, and some people may have no soldering experience at all. All participants will be 13 years old or older, otherwise they must participate with a parent. Please drop me a note if you can help out. We will need the extra hands. Thanks in advance for helping Bloominglabs maintain its charitable status. Jenett -------------- next part -------------- An HTML attachment was scrubbed...
