Some of you may remember me from months ago. I'm the guy who built rockets.

I didn't have a lot of free time, so I wasn't able to become a member, and I moved to Boston this summer. But I'm still getting your emails, and I took some pictures of the eclipse tonight I thought I'd share with you, since it sounds like it was cloudy tonight in Bloomington.

It's looking pretty bleak for viewing the eclipse. If it stays mostly cloudy like it's been all day, I won't be at the space tonight. So, keep you eyes on the sky. If It's clear, come on out. If not, we'll all pout.

On Sunday night, September 27th, there will be a full eclipse of the Moon. As long as there are no clouds, I will be at the space from 9pm to 10:30pm with my 4" reflector telescope to take a look at the Moon as the Earth's umbra passes over it. At 10:11pm, the Moon will be entirely in the Earth's shadow and it will turn red - should be quite spectacular. Come on by Bloominglabs and check it out!
