[edit] Summary

The electronics of the Krieger Dreamer Peeper, with very ad-hoc construction.

- The switch on the lower-right turns the Peeper on.

- ATTiny85 is on bottom-middle. It generates science-fiction sound effects and flashes the lights.

- LM7805 voltage regulator is above ATTiny.

- Logic-level MOSFET on the left amplifies the audio signal from the ATTiny.

- Two 5-Watt 30-ohm resistors on the left limit the current from the MOSFET.

- Switch on top-left switches audio source between ATTiny (which generates sound effects) and the mp3 player (which plays audio "extracted from dreams").

- Logic-level MOSFET out of view on the right powers 20 10-watt LEDs.

- Capacitor on top-left prevents brownout when LEDs are flashed.

- 120-Watt speaker on top-left plays sound effects.

All parts were scavenged from the parts bins in Bloominglabs.
